One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I have worn glasses at least 20 yrs and never broke a pair of glasses. I purchased some glasses 4 months ago. The arm of the glasses just fell off. Went to the office and Wyn stated oh you didn’t buy extra coverage so sorry I can’t do anything but sell you frames 50% off. She didn’t even look at my glasses. Every other place I’ve been to has always taken a look to see if there is anything that could have caused the glasses to get loose etc. Save your money and go to a place where they care about their customers. Took them to another place and they helped me get the arm back on.

Update: I had an eye injury and without hesitation I walked in and Dr. K was on it and helped me get my vision restored. He was caring and kind and walked me through the entire process. Very impressed with Dr. K's skill set and ability to even exam my child. Thank you again.

Ive been going here a few years. Dr. k is awesome! He is more than just an eye doctor! I was kinda of sad when he wasn’t there for my oldest appointment a few days ago. Ill see him when we  go to pick up our glasses. Assuming she is a New assistant because i haven’t seen her before but Madeline answered every dragging question i asked! I actually was supposed to go to the location in Katy, but I ended up going to the wrong one. They were able to see me at this location. The Doctor was polite and very informative. 50+ years I've been wearing glasses and I have never had an exam as thorough as this one.  Dr. Khalfe took the time to speak to me about my vision needs - taking into consideration what I do for a living, how much time I spend driving, on the computer, or reading. I visited this place today and I wish I could rate them 10 stars. The lady at the desk was literally running to attend to my needs and make sure I was comfortable. Sanitation was on point, they wipe everything after you leave the office. The doctor made me feel at ease as well ( he so funny yet very very good at what he does). They also have a good variety of glasses to choose from. This is my home as far as my eyes are concerned.
